Mobile Patrols
In July this year, Insec, in partnership with several large housing associations began its new Property Response Unit. This new service was created in order to provide a 24 hour security patrol service to several housing associations requiring a security specialist. Each response vehicle is kitted it out with emergency response kits enabling the officers to use the vehicle for quick 24 hour response to incidents on site. The officers are able to perform temporary repairs, seal off access after forced entry, etc.
The primary role of the PRU is to respond to tenant reports of disturbances and investigate/report any anti social behaviour incidents. Insec then provide clients with detailed CCTV/Audio and written information allowing the relevant action to be taken.
